Development Plan of BUDI MASYHUR

I. Orientation

  a. Development Orientation

  With the target of the supply chain integration and optimization of kaolin rough and
deep processing industry, we dedicate ourselves into exploring the technical
characteristics of kaolin deep processing and functional composites industry and strives
to develop into a world's leading functional material supplier of ultra-fine (nano) kaolin
composites. With the goal of turning ourselves into a public company, we will be
continously contributing to the promotion of kaolin's rapid development in high-end
ceramics, plastics, coatings, rubber fillers, paper, petroleum catalysts and aerospace
applications!

  b. Application Orientation

  Taking kaolin fine processing and various fields of application as the main service object,
we will provide management and technical consultation of application and production of
various fields, processing technology solutions, storage and distribution and related
value-added services of product extension.

  c. Client Orientation

  Starting from the supply chain of kaolin in high-end ceramics, we will gradually
expand ourselves to approach the global kaolin application customers and
establish the global processing and scientific research center of ultrafine kaolin
composite materials to serve the overall customers of the industry.

  We will strive to become the largest international professional supplier of kaolin powder with
best service, the most advanced technology and equipment in Malaysia. As a result, we will
create the largest listed company in Singapore or Hong Kong with the largest amount of
kaolin exported to China with good performance and be able to reward the shareholders and
serve the society to the greatest extent.

  III. Development Stage Plan

  a. Phaze I(short term plan) 2019---2021

  Short Term Development Orientation

  Completing the kaolin's high-end ceramic raw material supply chain logistics integration
in China to create excellent management team, build the Malay and Chinese marketing
platform as well as the service function to achieve business from high-end ceramic
applications to plastic, rubber packing, paper and related expanded industry and
becoming the key enterprise of kaolin in the market of Ipoh Malaysia and China.

  Short Term Objective

  Market share in ceramic application: 16%.
  Market share in other applications 1.1%.

  b. 2019

  Development Orientation

  Establishing an efficient operation team to manage and organize. Managing to operate
the cooperation with Jingdezhen Taoda and Taowenlv group. Building the image of
"Budi Masyhur Gaolin in Malay " in all directions and cultivating the high-end service
brand in the ceramic raw material industry of Malay and China. Serving the industry
with a high starting point and high international service level in kaolin market with
certain influence.

  Development Measures

  Setting up an international high-quality team. Successfully completing Meiji Holding’s

  procurement, transformation and integration towards BUDI MASYHUR mud washing
plant and raw ore of mine A to achieve the capacity of 3,000 tons of washed kaolin and
20,000 tons of raw ore homochemical ore blending per month together with the export
license and logistics supporting system. Making sure the planning and specific
implementation plan match with the characteristics of "Meiji", ore blending, processing,
production and management system to forge a solid foundation for achieving market
share. Fully carrying out the verification and revision of BUDI MASYHUR product
standards in the market, operating the projects with Jingdezhen Taoda and Taowenlv
group. Establishing and stabilizing the seaport combined transportation, short-distance
logistics transportation and china-malaysia bilateral cooperative partners, warehouse
management and logistics distribution planning and projects implementation.

  Investment promotion project operation

  Building distribution channel, agent management system and services.

  Stage Goal

  Completing team building and mud washing plant renovation, export certificate approval
and establishment and completion of land and sea port transportation, warehousing
logistics distribution system. Main products: water washing mud and raw ore. Fomration
of Malay-China marketing team and agents. Jingdezhen project supervision and follow-
up, the specific implementation, the partial investment of the washing mud plant
completed and begin to pay of. Market share of 1.05%, annual turnover target (adjusted)
reach RM 14.259 million, annual operating profit (adjusted) reach 3.59 million RM and
the tax reach RM 700,000.

  c. 2020

  Development Orientation

  Completing the comprehensive integration of BUDI MASYHUR Kaolin in the supply
chain logistics of ceramics application industry, building a strong international logistics
service network platform between Malaysia and China, and successfully expanding the
service to customers in the rubber filler, paint and paint industries. Becoming one of the
most influential modern logistics high-end service companies in the Malaysian and
Chinese ceramic raw material supply chain market and forming a good word-of-mouth
communication brand and a cost-competitive enterprise.

  Development Measures

  The management team tends to be stable and mature, and professionals shall
participate into completing the comprehensive integration of the BUDI MASYHUR
supply chai. Striving to integrate into the global industrial chain of multinational
enterprises and the industrial chain of China's large state-owned enterprises,
consolidating and expanding sales channels, establishing effective marketing
management system based on differentiated competitive advantages and optimizing the
agency system. Deepening Jingdezhen cooperation project and building the project into
a strategic partnership with each other. Implementation of mining planning of Mine A

strengthenning, promoting Jingdezhen project to substantive operation and gradually
infiltrating into the global production chain of multinational enterprises and the Chinese
state-owned enterprise industry chain and expanding Kaolin customers in other fields of
application market with annual output of 180,000 tons of washing mud and fine
processing projects settled in the construction phaze in mine A.

  This year we will achieve the annual sales of 15,000 tons of raw ore which occupy 40%
of Malaysia's exports, 36,000 tons of washing mud kaolinwhich occupy 18% of
Malaysia's exports with an annual output value of RM 55 million, profit of RM 9 million
and tax of RM 2.6 million.
