包启富，1976年生，山西汾阳人。景德镇陶瓷大学在读博士。现任景德镇陶瓷大学高级工程师，硕士研究生导师，兼任中国硅酸盐学会陶瓷分会日用陶瓷专委会副秘书长，CSTM-FC04无机非金属材料领域委员会委员，江西省优势创新团队成员。主要研究兴趣包括高性能低膨胀陶瓷的研究与开发、蜂窝陶瓷载体与元件的研究与开发、传统陶瓷坯体及色釉料研究与开发等。主持省级2项、市级1项，院级项目1项、横向项目4项，参与了国家基金4项、省基金1项、国家科技支撑项目1项、国家文化部文化创新工程项目1项和国家863项目1项，在各类期刊以及核心期刊上发表学术论文45篇，其中SCI/EI 8篇，中文核心论文14篇。自主或参与申请发明和实用新型专利25项，其中自主发明授权6项，并专利实施1项。参与编著专著1本，教材1本。获中国硅酸盐学会陶瓷分会创新人才奖。2017年9月担任了厦门金砖会议国宴用瓷的坯釉料技术总工。2017年参加了株洲市政府举办的院士专家行活动，并被聘为湖南株洲市政府经济发展顾问。2018年获得中国硅酸盐学会突出人才贡献奖。
Qi-Fu Bao is a senior engineer. He stayed at School of Materials Science and Engineering, Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute, in 2007. He has currently been reading a doctorate in Materials Science and Engineering, Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute since 2015. His research interests include traditional ceramic, glaze and pigments, low-expansion ceramics, honeycomb ceramic carrier and devices, traditional ceramics, pigment and glaze. He has received Innovation Talent Award for traditional ceramic scientists from the Ceramic Association of China Silicate Society in 2018. He took chief engineer of the body and glaze technology for National banquet porcelain at BRICs Xiamen Conference in 2017. He authored/co-authored over 35 publications and 6 patents.
