One. Initial positioning
1.1 Position establishment and survival positioning:
The company's business premises are set up in Jiujiang City, a port in the Yangtze River Basin; business activities are carried out with the goal of importing processed products of "Hengyuan Mining (Malaysia) Co., Ltd.", and efforts are made to create an atmosphere of resource advantages for Hengyuan Mining (Malaysia) Co., Ltd., and become a resource-based company with steady development of import and export in Jiujiang City.
1.2 Positioning by 2025:
We attract investment from foreign mining companies, actively discover talents in the industry, and establish a kaolin blending and experimental center in the Jiujiang base with small investment.

2.1 Development positioning:
Taking the integration and optimization of the supply chain of kaolin coarse and deep processing industry as the service goal, explore the technical characteristics of kaolin deep processing and functional powder material industry, and strive to develop into a global leading functional material supplier of kaolin advanced powder materials; to promote the rapid development of kaolin in high-end ceramics, plastics, coatings, rubber fillers, papermaking, glass fiber and other functional powder application fields!
 
2.2 Service function positioning:
Taking kaolin fine processing and application in various fields as the main service objects, providing kaolin application production management and technical consulting, warehousing and distribution, and product extension related value-added services.
 
2.3 Customer service positioning:
Starting with kaolin in the supply chain of high-end ceramics, gradually expand to customers of kaolin applications in China and other countries, establish a Chinese processing and experimental center for kaolin advanced powder materials, and serve the overall customers of the industry.

Four.Company development stage planning
4.1. The first phase: 2024~2025 (short-term planning)
 
4.1.1 Short-term planning and development positioning:
 Complete the integration of kaolin supply chain logistics in China's high-end ceramic raw materials, build an excellent management team, build a Malay and Chinese marketing platform with outstanding service functions, and realize the business expansion from high-end ceramic application fields to advanced powders such as plastics, rubber fillers, papermaking, and glass fiber. Expand the industry in the field of solid application and become an enterprise with a large share of the kaolin market in Ipoh, Malaysia and China.
 
4.1.2. Short-term planning goals: 5% market share in ceramic applications and 2.5% market share in other applications.
 
4.2 2024
 
4.2.1. Basic positioning: Establish a small team of Malay Hengyuan to operate efficiently and manage the organization construction; successfully operate a cooperation project with a university and industry talents; establish an all-round image of "Hengyuan Gaoling" and cultivate the high-end ceramic raw materials industry in Malaysia and China A service brand; with a high starting point and high international service level, it has a certain influence in the kaolin market industry!
 
4.2.2. Measures: Establish a small team according to international trade requirements, successfully complete Hengyuan Mining's mud washing and processing production line, and form a monthly output of 2,000 tons of washed kaolin and 500 tons of high-white quartz sand in February 2024, with a homogenized distribution of 1,000 tons of raw ore. The mining capacity, export license and logistics support system connection and transition; determine the 50-acre exploration and mining plan and specific implementation plan, laying the foundation for achieving market share.
 Comprehensively carry out the verification and revision of Hengyuan Mining product standards in the market, start operations with a university and industry talents, establish and stabilize seaport intermodal transport, short-distance logistics and transportation bilateral partners between China and Malaysia, warehousing management and logistics distribution planning and implementation projects.
Investment project operation: Plan categories to be agents in China’s ceramic production areas or zoning regional agents, and establish agent management systems and services.
 
4.2.3. Stage goals:
The small team was established and the mud washing plant was renovated, the export certificate was approved, and the land-sea-port combined transportation, warehousing and logistics distribution system was established and completed;
Main products: washed mud and raw ore, high white quartz sand must be processed in sequence;
The establishment of the Malaysia-China marketing team and the formation of agents,

2024 turnover target:
1. Hengyuan Mining (Malaysia) Co., Ltd. has a turnover of RM5.99 million (excluding transportation and customs declaration), and a net profit margin of >15% (the chief operating officer enjoys an incentive policy, otherwise only salary)
 Attached production target:
 Kaolin clay washing mud 16,000 tons (with a two-month commissioning period, full production for 10 months throughout the year)
 High white sand 8,000 tons (80 mesh to 160 mesh, burning whiteness above 93)
2. The import and export turnover of Jiangxi Kaineng New Materials Co., Ltd. is RMB 13.8 million, with a net profit margin of 5% (including tax rebates). The portion above this net profit is 3/7, that is, the CEO gets 30%, and the company 70%).​
 
4.3. 2025
 
4.3.1. Development positioning: Complete the comprehensive integration of supply chain logistics for Hengyuan kaolin in the ceramic application field, build a strong international logistics service network platform between Malaysia and China, and successfully expand services to the rubber filler, coating, and paint industries customers, and has become one of the most influential modern logistics high-end service companies in the Malaysian and Chinese ceramic raw material supply chain markets, forming a good word-of-mouth brand and an enterprise with strong cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.
 
4.3.2. Development measures:
 
The management team is becoming more stable and mature, introducing professionals to complete the comprehensive integration of Hengyuan kaolin supply chain; striving to integrate into the global industrial chain of multinational enterprises and the industrial chain of large Chinese state-owned enterprises, consolidate and expand sales channels, and establish an efficient marketing management system to build differentiation. maximize competitive advantages and optimize the agency system.
Further deepen the talent cooperation project between a certain university and industry, and build the project into a strategic partnership between each other.
The 50-acre mining planning plan and product extension organization were implemented, and the raw ore homogenization and blending site was put into operation.
